We understand the importance of building homes with heart. That’s why a dedicated management team is appointed to oversee the process, ensuring that homes are built with the utmost care and attention.

We have a dedicated customer care and design manager, Jess, who works closely with buyers to support and advise with choices. Jess keeps our buyers informed and regularly updated at every stage of the journey, with periodic site visits. We always ensure individual requirements and expectations are front of mind, right through to the day we hand over the keys to your new home. 


Each property will undergo rigorous quality checks throughout the duration of the build. A pre-handover inspection is signed off by our site manager to exacting quality standards. Minor snags are always to be expected with new homes. These are explained thoroughly in the completion pack with a timeframe of when to expect remedial works to be completed as the property settles.


For us, the job isn’t finished when we hand over the keys. We are committed to delivering a dedicated aftercare service giving each customer peace of mind long after they’ve moved in.


Every Devlin homeowner continues to liaise with our dedicated aftercare manager, Hayley, who, along with the site manager, provides a thorough handover to guide them through their new home and will remain on-hand, if required, as they settle into their property.


All our homes come with a 6-year structural warranty as standard, plus we schedule a visit 9-12 months post-completion to deal with any issues or snags, such as settlement cracks. This ongoing standard of customer service is important to us and is often remarked upon in our homeowner testimonials.
