This site is planned for the development of five new dwellings to replace the existing Class Q permission.

Our design pays homage to a traditional farmyard, featuring a 17th-century style farmhouse at the front, which seamlessly integrates with the aesthetic of the rural landscape.

Behind this, we plan to transform an existing yellow brick barn into a charming courtyard, complemented by the addition of two more properties styled as yellow brick barns.

At the rear of the site, two red brick barns introduce a more contemporary interpretation of barn conversions, showcasing a harmonious blend of old-world charm and modern design.
