Whilst we love our signature style of homes, we are also keen to build some developments with a contemporary style.

Our East Carleton homes have been designed alongside WT Design with a contemporary approach. The finishes are all as you would expect from a Devlin Developments home, but we are using slightly different materials externally such as crisp white render, dark grey standing seam metal cladding and Siberian larch cladding.

The windows are aluminium with large glazed panels and we have incorporated a modern glass and metal staircase.
