In early August 2024, planning permission was granted for the construction of five large three-bedroom bungalows just outside the village of Great Ellingham.

The site, encompassing approximately 2.7 acres of land, is surrounded by woodland and accessed via a 200-meter private driveway.

The design of the bungalows will incorporate traditional Norfolk materials such as Norfolk flint, oak, clay pantiles, handmade reclaimed-looking bricks, and estate fencing.

We are under construction and the first home will be complete in Spring 2025. We aim to be complete on this site by June.
