Another A-rated home is completed at the Devlin Developments site in East Carleton, Norfolk
This week the team have had their first completion over on the East Carleton site.
This development has been an interesting journey considering the buyers were abroad when they purchased the house and before they started to build. The new homeowners had only seen the plot through a friend on FaceTime, and they only visited twice during the entire build. This was truly a relationship based on trust and reputation.
The designs are very different to anything Devlin Developments have done before, which always has an element of risk, but the homes have really come together beautifully.
The exterior of the house uses a mix of modern and traditional materials, and the interior offers open-plan-living, with contemporary stairs and long-reaching field views. These can be seen perfectly from the balcony off the master bedroom.
